Services and Bookings<\/div>\r\n    <p class=\"terms-p\">Where you book a consultation, programme, or other service through our website, your booking constitutes an offer to purchase that service, which we may accept or decline. A contract is formed only once we confirm your booking. We will provide the services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with any details set out at the time of booking.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <hr class=\"terms-divider\">\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"terms-h2\">4. Pricing and Payment<\/div>\r\n    <p class=\"terms-p\">Prices for our services and courses are as displayed on our website at the time of purchase and are stated in euro unless otherwise indicated. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but reserve the right to correct any errors before accepting your order. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider, and access to paid content or services is granted once payment has been received in full.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <hr class=\"terms-divider\">\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"terms-h2\">5. eLearning Access and Digital Purchases<\/div>\r\n    <p class=\"terms-p\">These terms apply to eLearning courses and other digital content purchased directly through the LawEd website, in addition to the rest of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"terms-h3\">Access and Access Duration<\/div>\r\n    <p class=\"terms-p\">On completing your purchase and payment, you will be given access to the relevant course through your LawEd account. Unless stated otherwise on the course page at the time of purchase, access is granted for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will state on the course page where a course has a different or unlimited access period. We may need to suspend or withdraw access temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons, and will aim to keep any disruption to a minimum.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"terms-h3\">Accounts and Sharing<\/div>\r\n    <p class=\"terms-p\">Course access is granted to the named individual purchaser for their personal use only. Log-in details must not be shared, and a single account must not be used by more than one person, unless you have purchased a multi-user or group licence. We reserve the right to suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being shared or used in breach of these terms. If you need access for a team or group, please contact us at <a class=\"terms-a\" href=\"mailto:info@lawed.ie\">info@lawed.ie<\/a> about group licensing.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"terms-h3\">Cancellation and Refunds<\/div>\r\n    <p class=\"terms-p\">Where you are a consumer buying within the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. However, because our eLearning courses are digital content supplied to you immediately, by purchasing a course and beginning to access it you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access has begun. For this reason we are generally unable to offer refunds once you have accessed a course. If you have not yet accessed a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at <a class=\"terms-a\" href=\"mailto:info@lawed.ie\">info@lawed.ie<\/a>. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights where digital content is faulty or not as described.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <hr class=\"terms-divider\">\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"terms-h2\">6. Intellectual Property<\/div>\r\n    <p class=\"terms-p\">All content on this website and within our courses and resources \u2014 including text, graphics, logos, course materials, videos, and downloadable documents \u2014 is owned by or licensed to LawEd and is protected by intellectual property law. You may access and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial educational use only.
